JORDI BORDAS LAB
We have designed an innovative Pastry and Education space for Jordi Bordas, the pastry chef who is revolutionizing the pastry sector after being crowned World Pastry Champion at Sirha - Lyon in 2011. Inspired by his work, we have created his new Lab with geometric rigor and Mediterranean vibes. Neutral and sweet colors, honest tectonics, and functionality as design requirements are the language of the space.
